Originally from the Philadelphia, PA area, Daria has traveled throughout the country eventually setting down roots with her family in Mathews County, Virginia. Attracted by its quaint historic setting along the Chesapeake Bay she found Mathews to be the perfect family oriented community to raise her children. “Here, you have the best of both worlds…a country setting along a beautiful bay, and you’re just a short drive from the Historic Triangle of Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown, and Yorktown and the many fun-filled destinations they offer. I was lucky to find Mathews, and as a Real Estate Professional I want to share my dream of living here with others.”
Whether working with new families or long-term owners, Daria enjoys helping home buyers and sellers achieve their goals. She focuses on Middle Peninsula and Northern Neck properties from Gloucester to White Stone, and has a unique understanding of local issues concerning the Chesapeake Bay and the sale of waterfront and inland homes & land. Since becoming a Bronze Sales Award winner in 2006 Daria has continuously been ranked among the top producers in the county, earning the 2008 Gold Sales Excellence Award. In 2011 she was the selling agent of a historic home in Mathews County for DIY Networks Blog Cabin television show. During their restoration project she was hired as a “local liaison” and assisted with the production of the interactive show. As a result Mathews became nationally recognized as a wonderful place to live.
