Renovated in 2003, it offers a great room with cathedral ceiling, dining /kitchen area, large bath/changing room, sleeping loft w /queen bed, double sofa /bed, central air / heat, stereo, 2 TV's (no cable), a microwave, beach chairs, and is fully equipped except for linens and towels. The cottage is surrounded on 3 sides by over 600 sq. ft. of decking. Another sundeck is located on the shore 80 feet away, along with a nearby 125 ft. pier. Occupancy: 2 individuals(max). No pets and no smoking allowed.
